Pasta Salad

This Pasta salad was so good and refreshing I had to take a picture of it. In the bowl is bow tie pasta ( you can use zoodles or the brand banza if you are looking for a "healthier" option.) grilled chicken, chickpeas, chopped broccoli, carrots, and peppers topped with balsamic dressing.

These wraps are SO good and SO refreshing on a summer night! I am not precise when it comes to measuring ingredients but I found a recipe that is similar to what I did!

POWER BOWL

this ¨bowl¨ includes a handful of spinach, 3/4 cup quinoa blend with chickpeas, redpepper, more spinach and about 1/4 cup of lean ground turkey. Super good and filling and you can add any seasoning or sauce of your choice!

1/2 cup oats, heated with water or almond milk in a pot on the stove. Add in your desire of cinnamon, or brown sugar and a 1/4 of an apple cut into small pieces! Optional: Almond butter, or any nut butter works on top!
