Buffalo cauliflower bowl

I recently went vegetarian and have always been a meat eater for my meals so I have been trying to find fun recipes to do, and this was worth the hype! In a bowl add cauliflower, 1/4 cup buffalo sauce, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tablespoon flour, and mix. Cook for 15 +minutes in air fryer depending on how cripsy you like it.( flip half way through) Then I added it on top of kale, peppers, rice ,corn and a hard boiled egg. ENJOY!!
